CDMtek begins each project reviewing the intent, what is already owned, existing infrastructure & utility plus work order history. From there we develop prescriptions to address each performance matrix applying computer modeling to test options against first costs, utility costs and payback. CDMtek then presents its findings in a mutual input process to refine and ensure intent. We then leverage computer aided 3D models throughout the design process, conducting real-time reviews with operations to help maintain owners intent.
Once the design process is complete, CDMtek converts models to bill of material and shop drawing data. This aids in reducing waste and conflicts, raising efficiency and lowering costs.
